At the ceremony, Bruno Brás – Founder and CEO of HYLINE – emphasised the importance of a dedicated team of over 200 employees committed to implementing Kaizen methodologies. The success of this achievement is attributed to HYLINE’s DNA, a focus on innovation and development aiming to revolutionise how we perceive and live in homes. The goal is simple: that our customers feel like they live in a barrier-free home.
We decided to implement this Kaizen methodology because we understood that only by being highly professional, rigorous, and investing in good practices in industrialisation, quality, customer care, and customer satisfaction, could we become an internationally recognised brand and a leader in some of the markets where we operate.
