The first week of the year was dedicated to training our team of installers. In the space dedicated to training, our technicians were able to learn more about the following modules:
- Installation procedures for the HY30, HY40 and HY50 series;
- Interpreting technical drawings;
- Presentation of the motorisation systems available in the sliding series and how they work
- Practical installation of HY30, Hy40, HYPI, HYSTYLE;
- Presentation of the HYWOOD system.
By training our in-house staff, we not only pass on essential procedures, but also cultivate a team spirit and a sense of belonging to our company, as a result of sharing assembly experiences and the strategies they use to overcome challenges.
